Whitney Pratt is a Virginia native and the product of two military parents. Whitney received her Bachelors and Masters from Norfolk State University, earning a Bachelors in Mass Communication and a Master's degree in School Counseling. She later completed an Add-on program in Education Leadership from Gardner-Webb University. Whitney has been working in education for eight years, with experience in both public and charter schools. Whitney worked three years as a high school counselor, serving over 400 students, and two years as an elementary school counselor. Whitney also has three years experience as a K-12 Assistant Principal in the charter school setting. Whitney's heart work is providing personalized support to student's, staff, and families and drew her to be apart of ICL Academy. During Whitney's free time she is coaching high school cheerleading, spending time with family, or binging tv shows.
