Erica Hix is currently entering her fifth year of teaching in the field of science! She has previously taught Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Erica enjoys engaging with students and making each subject relevant to everyday life! Erica currently resides in the Boise, Idaho area and loves all things outdoors! She and her family enjoy hiking in the summer and Nordic skiing in the winter. For fun, she loves to read, play tennis recreationally, and was recently certified to instruct Hatha Yoga! Erica too is a student, and will be completing her Masters of Science in Biology as of this September! Erica is really looking forward to meeting new students and seeing familiar faces this year at ICL!
