These courses are designed to instill some of the core values upon which ICL’s educational philosophy is founded. The content addresses character development and social responsibility directly, with the intent to empower students to take an active role in serving their local and global community, and to develop personal and professional ambition. Defining leadership, social entrepreneurship, personality and style, and effective communication are all among the topics covered. This leadership course is meant to help students implement these tools to follow their dreams, and to ignite their spark of genius.
